1. Acceptance
By using thecorporatemonk.co.in (the "Site") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. What the Site is
The Site is an informational website for The Corporate Monk Venturez — our programs, events and the work of its founder, M. Mahendraa. It does not sell anything directly. Engagements, seminar seats and training sessions are agreed separately, usually over WhatsApp, and may have their own written terms.
3. No guarantees of outcome
Business growth, career and personal-development content on this Site is educational and based on our experience. It is not financial, legal, medical or investment advice, and results described are not promises. Every business is different; outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
4. Events
Event details (dates, venues, speakers, agenda) are accurate at the time of publishing and may change. Where an event is paid, the payment page and its confirmation message carry the applicable price, refund and cancellation terms for that event.
5. Intellectual property
The name "The Corporate Monk Venturez", the logo, the tagline "Not Just Corporate – it's a Kurukshetra!", the text, design and photographs on this Site belong to us or are used with permission. You may share links to the Site freely. Please do not copy, reproduce or use our branding, photographs or text for your own commercial purposes without written permission.
6. Third-party links
The Site links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn and, from time to time, partner or sponsor websites. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
7. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the Site, scrape it at scale, or misrepresent yourself as us or our partners.
8. Liability
The Site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the Site or its content.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Site.
