Privacy Policy

The short version

This website is a static, informational site. It has no accounts, no sign-up, no forms and no payment. It does not collect, store or process personal data on its own servers. Only if you allow it, it may use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta Pixel to understand how the site is used (see section 2). The only way to contact us from the site is by choosing to open WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram or Facebook — services run by other companies, under their own policies.

1. Who we are

The Corporate Monk Venturez ("we", "us") is a business-growth, training and events brand founded by M. Mahendraa. It is a sister concern of ARRC Techie.

2. What this site collects

Analytics and advertising — only with your permission. On your first visit a banner asks whether you allow analytics cookies. If you choose Accept, the site loads Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta Pixel. Together they record which pages are visited, which buttons are tapped (for example Book a Call or Register), the approximate city, the device and browser, and how you reached the site. Clarity can also show anonymised heatmaps and replays of how a page was scrolled and clicked. If you choose Decline, none of them load. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

Browser storage. The site keeps two small, non-identifying flags in your browser: one in session storage so the opening animation plays only once per visit, and one in local storage that remembers your cookie choice. Neither contains personal data.

Server logs. Like every website, our hosting provider (MilesWeb) records standard technical logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, time — for security and to keep the site running. We do not use these to identify you.

3. Third-party services

• Fonts — the typefaces are served from this website's own server, so opening a page sends nothing to Google or any other third party.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — when you tap "Book a Call" or "Chat on WhatsApp", you leave this site and open WhatsApp. Anything you send there — including your phone number — is shared by you, voluntarily, and is governed by WhatsApp's terms and privacy policy.
• LinkedIn — links to M. Mahendraa's profile open LinkedIn, under LinkedIn's policies.
• Instagram and Facebook (Meta) — links to The Corporate Monk's profiles open Instagram or Facebook, under Meta's terms and privacy policy.
• Cashfree Payments — the "Register · ₹99" buttons open Cashfree's payment page for GrowthConnect tickets. What you enter there, including payment details, is handled by Cashfree under its own terms and privacy policy; this website itself never receives it.
• Google Analytics (Google) — only after you accept; measures visits and taps, under Google's privacy policy.
• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft) — only after you accept; anonymised heatmaps and session replays, under Microsoft's privacy statement.
• Meta Pixel (Meta) — only after you accept; measures visits and taps and helps show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram, under Meta's privacy policy.

4. What we do with a WhatsApp message

If you message us, we use your number and what you write only to reply, to schedule a call, or to tell you about the event or program you asked about. We do not sell or rent contact details. If you no longer want to hear from us, say so in the chat and we will stop.

5. Photographs

Event photographs on this site are from our own events. If you appear in one and would like it removed, message us on WhatsApp and we will take it down.

6. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask what personal data we hold about you (in practice: your WhatsApp chat), ask us to correct or erase it, or withdraw consent. Because the site itself stores no personal data on its own server, such requests are handled in the WhatsApp conversation or via LinkedIn, and we respond within 30 days. To withdraw consent for analytics, use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page.

7. Children

This site is intended for adults and business audiences. Programs for children are delivered offline and are not the subject of this site.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the site grows — for example if a newsletter or an event registration form is added. The date at the top tells you when it last changed.
